1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with mms49, you must meet all of the following requirements. We verify every registration and reserve the right to immediately close any account that appears suspicious.

• One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts and balances will be permanently forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and address at the time of registration. Accounts with inaccurate information will be terminated.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials strictly confidential. They must not be shared with any third party.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (NID/Passport) must be completed on mms49 before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on mms49 are subject to specific rules and procedures. We always strive to ensure fast and secure transactions, and the following terms apply.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Accepting mms49 bonuses and promotional offers is entirely optional. However, once accepted, the associated terms and conditions apply automatically. Please read the bonus terms carefully.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once from the same IP address or device.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 30x–45x). Withdrawing before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days; they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on mms49 are conducted fairly. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins. General terms and conditions for gaming are outlined below.

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the bet for that round may be considered void.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Bots or Software: Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.

• Platform Hacking: Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability for personal gain.
• Fake Identity: Operating an account under another person's identity or using false information.
• Underage Use: Assisting anyone under 18 in using the platform, or using it yourself if you are under 18.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Mms49 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the circumstances outlined below. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is confirmed, the account may be closed without prior warning.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended for security reasons.
• If a user requests self-exclusion or account closure, it will be processed within 24 hours.
• Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.

• Service disruption due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government directives).
• Mms49's total liability in any case shall not exceed the account balance held by the user at the time of the relevant incident.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between mms49 and a user will first be addressed through amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, the following process will apply.

• As the first step, users should submit a complaint to our support team. Resolutions are typically provided within 48 hours.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may request third-party mediation.
• All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the country in which mms49 is licensed.
• During an ongoing dispute, the relevant account and funds may be temporarily placed on hold.
